Festivales de Tango en Europa y además había tenido oportunidad de verlos y escucharlos en sus Videos.
           Por eso, ante la oportunidad de una invitación a Serbia, no dudé un instante y vine para conocer al Quinteto y a este país.
A partir de ese momento, todo, absolutamente todo lo que me podía haber imaginado que iba a ver o escuchar fué superado.
Superado por la calidez de un país con gente maravillosa, con un profundo sentido de la hospitalidad y tremendamente generosos
en sus aplausos y en demostraciones de cariño. Del grupo BELTANGO quiero decir que me siguen sorprendiendo artísticamente a cada momento.
Y de Alex ( con la inseparable y bella Ivana ), que quizás sea en estos momentos uno de los músicos en los cuales veo
no solo un futuro promisorio, sino también una proyección dentro de la música de Tango, que quizás nos sorprenda a todos en corto plazo.

Buono & Beltango orquesta única through its unique artistic connection and being guided by the experience of the great bandoneon maestro
Carlos Buono, represents a very rich tango tradition which is interlaced by the energy, virtuosity and an extraordinary tango sensibility
of the best authentic European tango orchestra – Beltango quinteto.

Repertoire which extends from the traditional tango pieces from the first half of the 20^th century through the period of the tango evolution
and the Astor Piazzolla tango-nuevo stream culminates in the author’s music of maestro Carlos Buono and the Balkango cycle
of the Beltango quinteto (Fusion of Balkan music and Argentinean tango).

The project Buono & Beltango orquesta única in whole can be presented successfully to the tango fans at the great Tango Festivals,
Gran Milongas and Milongas and also in the classic concert halls and the chamber music halls; jazz, ethno and the world music festivals as well.

Maestro Carlos Buono, bandoneonist, composer and the arranger was the Artistic Director of the most important tango institutions
in Buenos Aires - MICHELANGELO, VIEJO ALMACEN, SABOR A TANGO, CANO 14 and PIAZZOLLA TANGO

As a Musical Director of the big tango productions he had the cooperation with the greatest tango stars - Roberto GOYENECHE, Raul LAVIE,
Adriana VARELA, Luis CARDEI, Omar MOLLO y Liliana BARRIOS.

In his rich artistic career he was the first bandoneonist in the big orchestras - Alfredo GOBBI, Mariano MORES, Horacio SALGAN,
Osvaldo TARANTINO, Osvaldo BERLINGHIERI y solista de Atilio STAMPONE.

Beltango quinteto brings together five gifted young artists:
Aleksandar Nikolić – bandoneon, Ivana Nikolić – piano and vocal, Jovan Bogosavljević – violin, Bogdan Pejić – guitar, Ljubinko Lazić - contrabass

They come from Belgrade (Serbia), the European metropolis which, as the Argentineans themselves used to say, smells on the soul of Bs As.
In their rich, ten years lasting career they have been performed on the stages of the greatest tango festivals – Argentina, Germany,
Sweden, Denmark, Greece, Italy, Finland, Hungary, Bulgaria, Slovenia...

Beltango is only tango orchestra from Europe which is invited by Ministry of culture of Buenos Aires to perform at most prestigious
„World Tango Festival – Buenos Aires 2007“

Beltango has very successful stage collaboration with best Argentinean tango couples:
Pablo y Dana, Gustavo y Gisela, Adrian y Alejandra, Sergio y Soledad, Guillermo y Fernanda…
